Cancellation and Modification Periods:
1.1. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled check-in date, charges will be applicable according to our cancellation policy.
1.2. If you made your reservation through a third-party website or travel agent, please refer to their cancellation and modification policies. We recommend contacting them directly for assistance.

In the event that rooms are not available, we will make every effort to arrange accommodation for you at nearby alternative hotel locations. Any additional charges or transportation costs incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the guest.
2.1. To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation or modification request must be submitted within the designated cancellation period mentioned in point 1.
2.2. Refunds only apply to the room rate and applicable taxes. Additional charges for services such as meals or other amenities are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
3. Refund Process:

3.2. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be processed back to the original form of payment used during the reservation process.
3.3. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution and it may take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Reservations:
4.1. Some of our promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable. These reservations are clearly marked at the time of booking, and the associated terms and conditions will be communicated during the reservation process.
4.2. Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be issued for any cancellation or no-show.
5. No-Show Policy:
5.1. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice or fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, it will be considered a “no-show.”
5.2. For no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
6. Force Majeure:
6.1. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your reservation without any penalty.
6.2. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and assist you with alternative arrangements.
