Payment Methods
Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP accepts a range of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and mobile wallets.
Cash payments are accepted upon check-in; however, an advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, guests must make an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount.
The remaining balance is due before or upon check-in.
Online payments ensure immediate booking confirmation, securing your reservation with Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to check-in will incur a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the advance payment will be forfeited.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Data Privacy and Security
Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP ensures that all online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted platforms, in compliance with the highest standards of data protection.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and no sensitive payment information will be stored by Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP. All transaction data will be managed securely by our payment partners.
Currency and Fees
Payments are accepted in INR. For international guests, currency conversion will be handled by the issuing bank.
No additional transaction fees are applied for payments through our accepted online platforms.
Invoices and Receipts
Guests will receive an electronic receipt after a successful transaction. For those requiring an official invoice, Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP will provide it upon request.
For corporate bookings or long-term stays, customized invoicing options can be arranged by contacting the Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP management.
Dispute Resolution and Payment Issues
Any payment discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP will work with guests to resolve any issues promptly.
In the case of chargebacks or disputes, Staybird Hotels Pvt LLP will follow the dispute resolution policies of the respective payment platform.
